What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with an assessment of your infrastructure and goals, agree a clear roadmap, then deliver in iterations. Everything is version-controlled and documented, so your team can own and extend it after we hand over.
Which cloud providers and tools do you work with?
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with Kubernetes across all three, plus Terraform, CI/CD tooling and the modern observability stack. If it runs modern cloud infrastructure, we most likely work with it.
Can you work with our existing team and stack?
Yes. We fit into your tools and workflows, upskill your engineers as we go, and leave clean documentation. The goal is to build your capability, not to lock you in.
How do you handle security and access?
Least-privilege by default, secrets managed properly, and DevSecOps guardrails built into the pipeline. Any access we need is scoped tightly to the work at hand and removed when it is done.
Do you offer ongoing managed support?
Yes. Our Managed DevOps option covers day-two operations: monitoring, incident response, patching, cost control and continuous optimization, so your platform keeps running smoothly.
How soon can we start, and how is it priced?
Most engagements begin within a week or two of a scoping call. Work is priced per project or as a monthly retainer for managed support. Send an enquiry and we will put together a proposal that fits your scope.
Who is the training for?
Students, recent graduates and working professionals who want practical, job-ready DevOps skills. We start from fundamentals and go up to platform engineering, so there is an entry point at every level.
Do I need prior experience?
No DevOps experience required. We begin with Linux and Git fundamentals; a basic comfort with computers is all you need to start.
Is it online, and do I get a certificate?
It is 100% online and mentor-led, and you receive an online certificate on completion, so you can join from anywhere and have something to show for it.
Who will actually teach me?
Working DevOps engineers who build and run production every day. What you learn reflects how modern teams really operate, using purpose-built lab environments rather than slideware.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for a few focused hours a week across lessons and hands-on labs. The path is built to fit around a job or studies, and you progress at a pace that suits you.

Yes. You build real projects for your portfolio, earn a certificate, and finish able to walk into interviews with proof of your skills, not just theory.
